Tile installers · Palm Coast & Flagler County

Tired of quoting tile jobs that turn into twice the work?

Your website can show what’s in your price and what can change it, before you ever walk into the bathroom. I set it up for you, with simple tools for requests, replies and estimates.

Simple, set up for you

No new software to learn. If you can send a text, you can use it.

The questions you answer every week

Let your website answer them first.

You explain the same things to a hundred callers, and most of them never hire you. Your website can explain it once, so people call when they’re ready to hire.

  • “What’s included in your price?” Demo, prep, waterproofing, layout, grout and cleanup.
  • “What could change the price?” Uneven floors, a rotted subfloor, the layout and the tile size, said up front.
  • “Do I need a plumber for my shower?” If drains or valves move, yes. Say who handles what.

Your work, shown

Let your work do the talking.

Start with what you already have, a Facebook page or a simple site, and build on it.

  • Photos from your own jobs. Real bathrooms, floors and showers, before and after.
  • Your insurance, front and center. Florida doesn’t license tile setters, so your insurance and your reviews are how homeowners tell you apart.
  • Reviews that say you showed up. A review request goes out after each job. The ones that mention showing up on time are worth the most.

The office help

How do I stop losing calls when I’m setting tile?

Set up for you, around how you already work. You use it from your phone.

01

Takes the request.

What they’re tiling, how big, whether the tile is bought and the old tile is coming out, and photos, in one form instead of a voicemail.

02

Answers right away.

An automatic reply tells the customer you got it and when you’ll reach out.

03

Sends the estimate from your phone.

A clean estimate the customer can approve, and an invoice when the job is done.

04

Follows up for you.

A reminder goes out when an estimate sits, so the customer isn’t the one chasing.

Frequently asked

Common questions from contractors.

I’m not good with computers. Is this for me?

Yes. I set everything up, show you how it works on your phone, and keep it running after launch. You don’t need to learn a new program.

I already have a Facebook page. Do I need more?

Keep it. A website gives homeowners and Google one place with your work, your areas and a simple way to ask for an estimate, and it links back to your Facebook page.

Can’t I just build it myself on Wix or GoDaddy?

You can, and some contractors do. You’re a professional at your trade. Getting found is its own job: the questions your customers ask, answered in plain words; the site submitted to Google and Bing; your Google profile matching it; new photos and reviews added as jobs finish. That’s the work I do every day, so you can keep doing yours.

How do I show up when people ask ChatGPT for a tile installer?

AI tools like ChatGPT pull from search engines such as Google and Bing. They tend to quote businesses whose websites answer real questions in plain words, with the same name, phone number and service area everywhere. A Facebook page alone is hard for them to read. Your site answers what your customers ask, gets submitted to Google and Bing, and stays current with new photos and reviews. More on why a business may not show up on Google.

Why isn’t my business showing up on Google?

Usually one of six things: an unverified profile, the wrong categories, details that don’t match, too few reviews, a website that’s too vague, or a competitor doing all of it. You don’t fix any of it. I set up your Google profile, your Bing and Apple Maps listings, the pages that answer your customers’ questions, and a review request that goes out after each job. Here’s everything I set up.

How do I show I’m reliable when customers have been burned before?

Show it before they call: real photos of finished jobs, reviews that mention showing up on time, and how you schedule and what happens if something comes up. Florida doesn’t let cities or counties require a license for tile work (Florida Statutes 489.117, a city building department’s summary), so anyone can quote. Showing up is what sets you apart.

Does a shower remodel in Palm Coast need a plumber?

If drains, valves or fixtures move, yes. City of Palm Coast permit records show a bathroom remodel that moved the shower, tub and toilet under a plumbing permit, with rough and final plumbing inspections. Your site can say who handles what, so nobody is surprised halfway through. Confirm what your job needs with the Palm Coast Building Division.

Should I put prices on my website?

Yes. A range per square foot, or for a typical bathroom, is enough. In a 2026 study of more than 750 contractor websites, sites that showed prices or ranges turned 4.3% of visitors into leads, against 3.5% for sites that said to call for pricing. Only about one in four showed any price at all. You still quote every job after you see it, and your list of what can change the price heads off surprise charges.

Do I have to change how I run my business?

No. We start with how you work now and set up only the pieces that save you time. If a tool doesn’t help, it doesn’t go in.

Who owns the website, and who updates it?

You own it, on your own domain. After launch I keep it updated and running with a care plan, from $99 a month.

Do you work with contractors outside Palm Coast?

Yes. I work with owners around Flagler County, St. Augustine and North Florida, and can meet by video when that is more practical. Tell me where you are and what you need when we talk.
