One small question found the heart of a 17-year business.

  • What I asked: “You hand the couple a few Polaroids at the end of the night. When did that start?”
  • What she said: “They can take the Polaroids with them that night, and wake up the next morning and go, wow. This really happened.”

Why I work this way

I came to websites through real estate, but the work was always about people.

I love remodeling homes, but I was always more interested in the people.

  • People talk to me differently. Things come out they hadn’t planned on saying. It took me a long time to realize that was my passion.
  • Trust is the part websites skip. If I’ve never met you, how do I believe what your website says?
  • So I start with a conversation. I keep asking until we find what you stopped noticing years ago.
