Tired of building your name on a website you’ll leave behind?

When someone hears your name, they look you up. What they find is a page on your brokerage’s site that looks like every other agent’s in the office. Your own site is about you, and it goes with you if you ever switch.

Simple, set up for you

No new software to learn. If you can send a text, you can use it.

You are the business

Clients hire you, not the brokerage.

Your brokerage gives you a bio page, and that page is about the brokerage. Your own site is what people find after a referral, an open house or a sign.

  • Who you are. Your story, why you got into real estate and what you’re like to work with.
  • Who you work with. First-time buyers, sellers who need to move fast, investors, retirees. The clients you’re good for.
  • What your clients say. Your Google reviews, on your own site, in your clients’ own words.
  • Where you work. The neighborhoods you know street by street.

It stays with you

Change brokerages. Keep your name.

When you leave, your brokerage page stays behind, along with the leads in the firm’s system and the name you built there.

  • Agents move. About 16% changed brokerages in 2025 (HousingWire), and 73% of agents in one survey had worked with more than one (The Close).
  • Your own site goes with you. Your story, your reviews, your pages and your domain.
  • One line changes. The brokerage name next to your contact details. Everything else stays.

What I set up

What does my own site need?

Built from a sit-down conversation, not a template bio. You approve everything before it goes live.

01

Your story and your clients.

A real About section, and pages for the people you work with best: sellers, first-time buyers, investors, relocation.

02

Your Google reviews.

Shown on your own site, with new ones added as they come in.

03

Found on Google and Bing.

Your Google profile and Bing listing set up, and your name, brokerage and contact details matching everywhere.

04

Your brokerage, done right.

Your brokerage name placed the way Florida requires, on every page, and changed in one line if you ever switch.

Frequently asked

Common questions from agents.

My brokerage already gives me a website. Why would I need another one?

Most Realtors have a website, and close to half of those sites are provided by their firm (NAR member profile, 2026). That page is great for listings and the brokerage brand. Your own site is about you: your story, your clients and your reviews. Many agents keep both.

What happens to my site if I change brokerages?

Nothing, except we update the brokerage name next to your contact details. Your domain, pages and reviews stay where they are.

What does Florida require on my website?

Your brokerage’s name has to sit next to, or directly above or below, your contact information, like your phone number and email (Florida rule 61J2-10.025). If you’re on a team, the team name can’t be in larger print than the brokerage name (Florida rule 61J2-10.026). I build that in from the start, and I keep your own name no bigger than the brokerage’s to be safe.

Will my broker allow it?

Ask your broker whether the brokerage has its own rules for agent websites, beyond the state rule. I’m happy to show your broker the site before launch.

When someone asks ChatGPT for an agent, will my name come up?

Right now, rarely. In one study across 10 markets, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini named only about 1.3% of Realtors (HousingWire). AI tools pull from search engines such as Google and Bing, and they lean on agents whose name, brokerage, market and reviews match everywhere. Your own site is the one place you control all of it. More on why a business may not show up on Google.

Why isn’t my business showing up on Google?

Usually one of six things: an unverified profile, the wrong categories, details that don’t match, too few reviews, a website that’s too vague, or a competitor doing all of it. You don’t fix any of it. I set up your Google profile, your Bing and Apple Maps listings, the pages that answer what your clients ask, and a review request after each closing. Here’s everything I set up.

Can I show my listings?

Yes. We can link to your listings, or show them through your MLS feed where your brokerage and MLS allow it.

Do I need to write anything?

No. We sit down, you talk, I write. You approve everything before it goes live.

Who owns the website, and who updates it?

You own it, on your own domain. After launch I keep it updated and running with a care plan, from $99 a month.

Do you work with agents outside Palm Coast?

Yes. I’m in Palm Coast, and I work with agents across Florida and in other states. We meet by video when that’s easier.

The invitation

Let’s sit down. We’ll figure out the next step together.

Start with a short conversation about your project and whether we’re a good fit. Custom websites from $3,000, a two-page Starting Point from $1,500, and care after launch from $99 a month.

Book a sit-down

Already selling? Start with a conversation. No clock and nothing to pay. Two days later you get one page from me: what I heard, what I’d build and what it costs.

The Owner Session, $347

Just starting, or not sure of the direction? Ninety minutes, recorded, and a written plan within three days: what makes your work yours, the stories worth telling, a first line for your homepage and an honest next step. It’s yours to keep, and the $347 comes off a build within 30 days.

Rather talk than book? Tell me your story.

Here it is. Listen back if you want, then send it, or record it again.

Got it. I’ll listen today.

Thanks for telling me about it. I’ll hear the whole thing, start to finish, and get back to you myself.

Your recording comes to me and no one else. It is never posted, shared, or used anywhere.
