What happens to what you send me.

The short version I only collect what you choose to send me. I use it to get back to you and to do the work you asked for, and I never sell it.

What I collect

Voice messages. When you record a message on this site, I receive the recording, your name, and the phone number or email you give me.
The flip calculator. If you ask for your results, I receive your first name, your email, and what you told me you have and need.
Bookings. When you book a conversation or an Owner Session, Calendly collects your name, email, the time you pick and any answers you give.
Visits. Google Analytics records how people use the site, such as pages viewed, rough location and device type. It does not tell me who you are.
How visitors move around. Microsoft Clarity shows me how people use the site, such as where they click, how far they scroll and how they move through a page, so I can make it easier to use. It collects this through cookies and similar technology and does not record what you type into forms. Microsoft’s privacy statement explains how it handles this data.

How I use it

To reply to you and set up the conversation you asked for.
To prepare for our time together and do the work we agree on.
To see which pages help people, so I can improve the site.

I do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it to anyone. I do not send marketing text messages.

What you tell me about your business

In a session or a build, you will tell me things about your business that are not public. That stays between us and is used only for your project.

I only share your story, your site or your results as an example of my work when you have told me that is okay.

The services involved

A few trusted services handle parts of this for me, and each one uses your information only to do its job:

Netlify hosts the site and receives the voice messages and forms.
Calendly handles scheduling. Any payment taken when you book goes through its payment processor, and I never see your card details.
Google Workspace runs my email.
Google Analytics measures site visits.
Microsoft Clarity shows how visitors move around the site.

Keeping and deleting your information

I keep your information only as long as I need it to work with you. Email robert@ownersbehindit.com any time to see what I have, correct it, or have it deleted, and I will take care of it.

Children

This site is for business owners. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
