The short version This site introduces my work. Anything we build together is set out in a written agreement first, and that agreement is what counts.

Who runs this site

Owners Behind It is run by Robert T. Szigeti through RS Global Enterprises LLC, Palm Coast, Florida. Using the site means you agree to these terms.

The Owner Session ($350)

A paid working session about your business, with a written summary afterward. It is my honest read, not legal, tax or financial advice.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund.
Cancel with less notice and you can reschedule once.
Booking a session does not commit you to a website.

Website projects

Every build starts with a written agreement that sets the scope, the price, the deposit and the schedule. If anything here differs from your agreement, the agreement wins.
Your domain, your website and your Google Business Profile are registered in your name from day one.
Ongoing care is a separate monthly plan. Ending it never takes your site, your domain or your listing away from you.

Free tools and guides

The calculator and the guides on this site give estimates and general information. Results depend on the numbers you enter, and nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. Check important decisions with your own professionals.

What you send me

Voice messages and forms you send are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords, bank details or Social Security numbers through the site.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other services, such as Calendly and Google. I do not control those sites, and their own terms apply there.

Limits

The site and its free tools are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, RS Global Enterprises LLC is not responsible for losses that come from relying on information or estimates from this site. If I am ever found responsible, my responsibility is limited to what you paid me for the session or service involved.

Florida law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Flagler County, Florida.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
