The site she had, next to the site she has now. Same photographer, fifteen years of work, finally presented like the premium wedding brand she is.
The new site did not orphan fifteen years of work. Every story still has an address.
A founding client build. Projects begin at $3,000. A site this size, bilingual, with venue pages and a migrated archive, is quoted after we see the work.
Portrait-first and generic. The old homepage led with "Palm Coast Wedding Photographers" but read like every other local site: stock-feeling layout, a template from the PhotoBiz builder, no clear premium signal.
A premium editorial homepage. Real reviews (Best of Weddings, 5.0 on Google and The Knot), her voice, clean navigation, and fast, sharp full-bleed imagery that positions her at the top of the market.
"Portrait Photographer Based in Florida." Two photos, one line of text, and a headline that buried the wedding work under generic portraiture. Nothing about her story, her fifteen years, or why couples choose her.
Her real story, in her own words. Bogotá, her grandfather's camera, the years in medicine that asked too much of her heart, becoming a mother, and why she never stops shooting. Written to make the right couple feel she has already been waiting for them.
A gallery with no strategy. Photos with little narrative, no pricing guidance, and no path from "I like these" to "let's book."
A page built to convert. Clear pricing (collections from $3,200), real couples and stories, the second-photographer option, and calls to action that lead straight to "Check Your Date."
Every website I build comes with one of these. A pocket is a digital business card: one page that lives on the owner’s phone, and a person opens it by scanning a code or tapping a link. Paola is a photographer and my founding client, so hers is the one I can show you. A paper card ends up in a drawer. Everyone is on their phone, so that is where hers goes. She has one pocket for couples and one for business owners, and shares the one that fits. Your business should already be in your clients’ pockets when they need you, not something they have to search for.

What they land on

And they can talk to her

What she hands a business owner after they meet. Thirty seconds of talking instead of a form, and her number saved in one tap.

What they land on

And they can talk to her

The same pocket, written for couples: new words, new photos, same Tell Me button. The last line on each one opens the other, so nobody gets stuck on the wrong one.
Her rates were about five years stale, pricing her like the local one-photographer crowd while she delivers documentary, editorial work. Every new number is backed by the July 2026 Northeast-Florida market report, and she still sits below the true-luxury ceiling, with room to grow.

Weddings roughly doubled; proposals up about 45 to 55 percent. And the old site was nearly silent on price, so it lost the highest-volume searches couples make ("wedding photography prices / cost / packages"). Clear "starting at" tiers now capture that traffic.
“He took the time to ask important questions, listen to core values, and use that in a way that made visitors connect at a different level. I have heard great comments about the look, functionality, and started to see results already.”
