## What this business does

Most owner-led businesses have proof they have stopped noticing, because it feels
ordinary to them. That is usually the best thing about them. Robert sits down with
the owner, finds it, and builds the place where it can be seen.

Every site is custom. Copy comes from the owner's own words, not from marketing
templates. Projects begin at $3,000 and are quoted after a conversation.

## What it costs

- The Owner Session, $350. Ninety minutes about the business you are starting, or
  the one you have built, and a written summary of what to do next. A paid working
  session, not a sales call. The $350 comes off the build.
- The Starting Point, from $1,500. A one-page site with a fixed scope.
- A custom website, from $3,000. Quoted after the conversation. Fifty percent
  deposit before work begins, balance when the site goes live.
- Care plans, from $99 a month, quoted after a conversation. The domain, the site
  and the Google Business Profile are in the owner's name from the first day. If
  the plan stops, the owner keeps all of it.

   Owners who want to go deeper before committing to a build can book The Owner
   Session instead, at $350.
2. A written plan: what was found, what would be built, and what it will cost.
3. The build. Fifty percent deposit before work begins, balance when the site goes live.
